Pregnancy workout for your third trimester

In this 25-minute pregnancy workout, you will use small weights, a fitness ball, a resistance band and your body weight. The workout aims to get your heart rate up and your whole body stronger. The whole pregnancy workout is suitable for during your pregnancy and can be done at any stage of your pregnancy. You can adjust the level of this workout yourself by choosing smaller or larger weights and adjusting the number of repetitions per exercise. This way you can get effective workouts that are safe for you and your baby.

Tip: supportive maternity sportswear makes the step to the gym smaller!
