Warming up for at home
Pregnancy yoga, boot camp or the gym, super fun! But you know, you don't have to leave the house to exercise. Besides, it is important to move, so you don't have to hit the gym. Just take it easy and keep moving. You can repeat your favorite exercises over and over again to stay in shape for your delivery. You can see an example of an exercise here.
