What distinguishes ZwangerFit from other pregnancy sports is the active training and guidance of physiotherapists in every part of the course. This greatly reduces the risk of injuries and of course injuries are better avoided during pregnancy!
During the training sessions, the physiotherapists help you train every part of your body, supported by music and props from the fitness world. Of course, not only your strength is trained, but also your fitness as you need both first during childbirth and then during your child’s upbringing!
