  1. I have placed an order, but have ordered the wrong size. What should I do? 
    Send an E-mail to klantenservice@activemama.nl.  
     
  2. I would like to exchange an item. How do I do this? 
    Find our return guidelines in Returning an Item. Fill in the form and clearly state that you would like to exchange an item. As soon as we have received your return item, we will send back to you the item in your requested size. You will always receive a confirmation message of this exchange.
  3. What happens when I create an account? 
    When you create an account, your name and shipping address is saved in our database. Whenever you send us a question through the ticket form, we can easily retrieve your order history and respond accurately. Your account is accessible using a password you have personally created, allowing you to easily log in when placing an order or completing a previous order.

  4. Is it necessary to create an account?
    It is not necessary to create an account with active mama.
     
  5. Why did I receive an e-mail message from the feedback company?
    Active mama wants to provide you with the best possible service. Your feedback will help us adapt our services where needed and continually improve your shopping experience.
     
  6. Does active mama have a Facebook page?
    Yes, Active Mama has a (Dutch) Facebook page. 
     
  7. Why am I being asked to ‘like’ active mama?
    Active mama would like to generate more awareness among active pregnant women and expecting mothers. That is why we kindly ask you to ‘share’ or ‘like’ our active mama page.
     
  8. Which address should I send my e-mail to, Customer service or Info?
    If you would like more information about your order, e-mail us at klantenservice@activemama.nl. For general questions, reach us at info@activemama.nl.
  9. When will my package be delivered? If your order has been presented at PostNL you get sent a
    Track & Trace number. With this number you can follow your package in the shipping process.
