Your order will be treated and subsequently sent within 24 hours of payment through PostNL.
Active mama calculates these shipping costs:

Returns
Exchanging or returning an item is never an issue with us.
Under the ‘Distance Purchase’ law you have the right to return a purchased item within 14 business days of delivery. No questions asked. We only ask for the item to be fully intact and if possible still in the original packaging. Naturally, the packaging may have been opened for reasons of viewing or fitting purposes.
- E-mail us the completed cancellation form for your order.
- Active mama will send you a confirmation message and a return link upon receipt of your e-mail.
- Return the items to the address listed below.
- As soon as we have received the items you will again receive a confirmation message.
- Upon approval you will be refunded the total purchase amount, including any shipping costs, within 2 business days. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail for this.
Good to know:
- Be sure to include enough postage on your return item package. Insufficiently post-paid packages will not be accepted by us, regardless of the reason for return. Also please ensure that the items have been packed carefully for transport.
- Save your proof of shipping for a minimum of 8 weeks. Should any questions arise concerning your return shipment, then your package can easily be tracked through the Track & Trace Code printed on your proof of shipping.
